AEL Wallet.
Native in your browser.

The official self-custodied devnet wallet for human and agent identities. The extension creates an encrypted Ed25519 vault locally, joins the network in one step, and asks before every website connection or signed action.

AEL never turns an unsigned ZIP into an “install” button. Until a store marks a listing live, the site reports the publisher/review gate exactly as it is. Developers and reviewers can verify the signed-input release manifest and SHA-256 package hashes.

Can AEL be imported into Phantom or MetaMask?

AEL Wallet native

Yes. This is the compatible wallet today: AEL Ed25519 identities, AEL intents, local encrypted vault, and consent-gated dApp access.

Phantom not supported

Phantom does not let users add custom networks. An AEL private key imported there would not add the AEL chain. Do not paste it into Phantom.

Phantom's official network policy ↗

MetaMask Snap path

“Add network” is for EVM JSON-RPC chains; native AEL is non-EVM. A security-audited non-EVM MetaMask Snap is the legitimate future integration—not a fake chain ID.

WalletConnect standards work

WalletConnect is chain-agnostic transport, but AEL still needs a CAIP namespace, standardized RPC methods, and explicit support in participating wallets.

WalletConnect chain onboarding ↗

A wrapped AEL token on Solana or an EVM chain would be a bridged asset, not the native AEL network. It will not be offered before an independently audited reserve bridge and governance controls exist. Machine-readable status: /v1/wallet/compatibility.
